A phone bill can be confusing, especially when you are not familiair with the descriptions of the products used on the phone bill.
Every phone bill is different, but in some cases the call charges are stated as “SMS charges”, or under a header such as ‘third party/overseas/roaming charges”.
This can be very confusing indeed, and the best cause of action here, is to enquire with your telecommunications provider’s billing/invoicing department to clarify.
Don’t be afraid to ask in detail – our experience is that even your telecommunications provider’s customer support departments often don’t have the answer, and worse, sent you off with an answer that is not correct.
