The way some phone bills are structured, can be confusing. On some phone bills, only the aggregator is stated but the company that supplied you with the game or service (the actual Content Providers) are not.<\/p>\n
The help number stated on the bill is often the aggregator \u2019s contact number. That makes it look as if all costs come from 1 company. Some aggregators have hundreds of content providers using the aggregator’s service.<\/p>\n
Put it differently, an\u00a0aggregator works as a conduit in between the telephone network and the content provider.<\/p>\n
You could also compare that with the Mail man \u2013 these companies deliver the messages between you and the content provider. They are not supplying the game, the content or the services itself.<\/p>\n
Examples of aggregator companies that could be\u00a0mentioned on your bill are\u00a0Open Market, Oxygen8, MIA or Netsize (please note that list does not by far contain all aggregators and is an example only).<\/p>\n
If you call the aggregator, most likely you will be given\u00a0another number \u00a0of\u00a0the actual content provider\u2019s help desk number.<\/p>\n
Other telecommunication providers, do state the help line number of the individual Content providers on their bills, which makes it easier to contact the right organization.<\/p>\n\n\n
